Born in Thailand (of Chinese descent), Addie Pedersen came to the United States in 1963 and move to the central coast in 1971.  She holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Redlands, California and a teaching credential from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is also a chartered financial consultant (ChFC) and a chartered life underwriter (CLU) from the American College of New York.

 

Addie has been in real estate on the central coast since 1978.   She started Pedersen Realty in 1978 and moved into her current location in 1990.  This office building is also occupied by three attorneys, a CPA and an accountant.

 

Addie has raised her family on the central coast and

has watched the growth and appreciation of real estate in this "little paradise".  Her knowledge, integrity and professionalism have gained her the respect of her clients and fellow realtors. Over the years, Pedersen Realty's property management department has grown into one of the largest on the central coast.
