Cindy Logan
moved to the central coast with her son in 1985 from Orange County,
where she was the first female meter reading supervisor for Southern
California Edison Company. Upon moving to Cayucos she operated her
own medical transcription business.
She joined
Pedersen Realty in 1989 and received her real estate license in 1990
and her broker's license in 2001. She has been very active in the
Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, serving as a director (twice),
secretary, treasurer and program chair.
She has also
been involved in her local community, serving on the boards of PTA,
the school SITE Council and the Cayucos Lioness' Club, where she has
been a member for 15 years. She has also been a cub scout and boy
scout leader.
Cindy
believes her knowledge of the area, management background and people
skills are qualities she offers her clients on a daily basis. She
takes pride in her reputation of helping clients find their
"perfect" property and in being a responsible property manager of
owners of single family and multi-family rentals.
