Jeff Elmerick has been specializing in central coast real estate sales since 1999. He has experience ranging from single-family homes to large multi-family income properties.  Jeff has a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and an honest and open approach to doing business.

 Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Jeff moved to the central coast to attend Cal Poly, where he graduated with a degree in Agricultural Business in 1997. Since moving to the area, Jeff has lived in San Luis Obispo, Cayucos, Paso Robles, Los Osos, and he currently resides with his wife and children in Morro Bay.
