Lorraine Sterkel began working in real estate on the central coast in 1978 and has been a licensed broker since 1987. She moved to the area as a newlywed in 1977. She and her husband live in Los Osos where they have raised their three wonderful children.

Lorraine has been with Pedersen Realty since 1983 and has years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, market value evaluation, association management and working with both homeowners and tenants in the management of long-term and vacation rentals. As well as being a member of the Scenic Coast Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce, she has been actively involved in the community through her volunteer work with local PTA, school boosters and school site council.

Lorraine attributes her success to her professionalism, personal communication skills, expertise and knowledge of the area, and ability to work effectively and professionally with all types of buyers, sellers, investors and tenants.
