Pedersen Realty is the
property management leader on the Central Coast. We began our
management service in 1983 and now manage over 350 units in Morro Bay,
Los Osos, Cayucos and San Luis Obispo. Prospective tenants visit our
Morro Bay office daily. They are referred to us by local housing
agencies, Cal Poly, Cuesta College, our current tenants, other real
estate offices and property managers, and others within the community
who know our reputation for fair and professional property management.
